Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and callers with a friendly, professional tone.
• Ensure calls are answered promptly and transferred to the right person with proper on-line introductions.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of guest information and logs.
• Record wake-up calls, guest messages, and housekeeping or service requests with accuracy.
• Conduct handovers between shifts and report any issues to supervisors.
