Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related field.
• Minimum 6 years hotel management experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, reservations and concierge.
• Oversee maintenance, housekeeping and guest room standards to ensure exceptional presentation.
• Coordinate sales, marketing and events support for the hotel and liaise with Corporate as needed.
• Lead staff development, ensure training compliance and drive KPI performance for the Rooms and F&B divisions.
