Qualifications

• Experience leading front desk and guest services in a luxury resort.
• Proven ability to manage multiple departments and high guest touchpoints.
• Strong communication and crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty, handling emergencies with guest safety focus.
• Lead by example on the floor with hands-on coaching.
• Coordinate front desk, spa, reservations, tours, and transfers for seamless guest journeys.
• Oversee spa operations, wellness packages, and sustainable practices.
• Drive sales, respond to reviews, and manage OTA content and inquiries.
• Supervise budgeting, inventory, and P&L for the guest services division.
