New World Makati Hotel is seeking a Front Office Associate to deliver quality guest service throughout the stay, handling check-ins/outs, room assignments, reservations, and collaboration with hotel staff.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in front desk operations, strong communication, basic computer skills, and familiarity with hotel services; OPERA knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience and thorough knowledge of front office operations.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with hotel services and OPERA is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Check-in and check-out procedures; assign rooms and manage reservations.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and accurate billing.
• Maximize room sales and assist VIP/pre-registered guests; coordinate with service centers; maintain security of room keys.
