Okada Manila is seeking a Front Office Agent to deliver quality guest service with check-in/check-out and related duties. You will support loyalty programs, upsell hotel services, and assist with night audit tasks while maintaining accurate cash handling and front office reports.

Experience in a 5-star hotel, fluency in English, and knowledge of Opera PMS and related systems are preferred. A flexible shift including nights and holidays may be required.

Qualifikationen

• College level or equivalent professional training.
• 1 year working experience at Front Office in a 5-star hotel preferred.
• Fluent in oral and written English; other languages an advantage.

• Handle check-in and check-out and related services for guests.
• Support guest recognition programs and promotions; up-sell hotel services.
• Balance cash float and manage Front Office reports; conduct night audit tasks.
• Handle front office calls, emails, and reports; provide currency exchange.
• Maintain current knowledge of events and facilities; attend training.
