You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolve issues with care, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with teams to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Fluent or advanced French language skills (B2/C1/C2 or native).
• Strong conversational English is required.
• Minimal to entry-level BPO/customer support experience welcomed.
• Filipino citizens with fluent French skills may apply.

Responsibilities
