Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven customer-facing IT experience (e.g., technical support, SaaS troubleshooting, customer support).
• Proficient in both French and English, with high CEFR levels and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and reactive support for customers, partners, and internal teams to resolve issues and address inquiries.
• Deliver exceptional technical support for client products and services.
• Troubleshoot customer inquiries across channels including account access, setup, and billing.
