Job summary

A global jewelry manufacturing brand seeks a Customer Service Representative fluent in French for their Cebu City location. This on-site position involves managing calls with French-speaking customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving various inquiries. Candidates should be proficient in French and English, with customer service experience preferred. A Bachelor's degree is ideal, but undergraduates may be considered. A competitive salary of Php 60,000 – Php 70,000 (gross) is offered along with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Preferably Filipino fluent in French.
• Open to foreign nationals with permanent visa in the Philippines.
• Proficient in French and English (spoken and written).
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Lapu-Lapu City.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls with French-speaking customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate information.
• Assist in tracking orders and coordinating distribution updates.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
• Guide customers regarding repairs and service inquiries.
• Resolve billing and payment-related concerns.
• Ensure timely documentation and follow-ups.
