Job summary

Foundever Cebu City is seeking a customer service specialist who can handle calls professionally in French and English. The role focuses on assisting users under contract with Foundever clients and ensuring communications align with client guidelines.

You will determine appropriate actions for customers, explain next steps, and work toward issue resolution while maintaining knowledge of supported programs and platforms. Training and team collaboration are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling customer service inquiries via phone or chat.
• Ability to work with bilingual language support (French and English).

Responsibilities

• Ensure that calls are handled professionally in French and English.
• Handle customer service transactions per client contract and ensure all communications meet client guidelines.
• Determine appropriate action for customers, including problem assessment and next steps.
• Inform customers of next steps and work to resolve issues.
• Maintain proficiency in assigned programs and respond to customer inquiries.
• Escalate unresolved product issues beyond knowledge base.
• Attend trainings and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
