Lean Solutions Group is seeking an Inbound Specialist to manage the destination phase of ground freight shipments, ensuring in-transit visibility, accurate PODs, and timely invoicing across multiple TMS platforms. You will reconcile revenue and costs, coordinate with warehouses, and support billing with complete documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years in transportation operations, an eye for accuracy, and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in transportation operations, delivery coordination, dispatching, or freight management.
• Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS); familiarity with platforms like e2open TMF or Descartes Aljex is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• File Pickup & In-Transit Management: monitor queues, own shipments, track with real-time platforms, issue pre-alerts, update milestones.
• Delivery, POD & Documentation: confirm carrier arrival, audit PODs against BOL, upload verified PODs, resolve discrepancies before billing.
• Financial Reconciliation & File Closeout: reconcile revenue/costs, ensure parity, pre-alert and lock files for timely billing, support post-handoff queries.
