Job summary

Lean Solutions Group (LSG) seeks a Logistics Coordinator – Ocean & Air Import to support international freight operations by executing task-based activities ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant shipment processing. This role covers Ocean Import and Air Import with strong attention to detail and proactive tracking across carriers, customs teams, truckers, and clients.

Key duties include SOP compliance, stakeholder communication, booking and tracking, and documentation for customs.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma required; preference for Associate/Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
1–3 years in Freight Forwarding, Ocean Import, Air Import, or Logistics operations.
Strong detail orientation and ability to manage high volumes under deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick mastery of operational software.

Responsibilities

SOP Compliance: perform Ocean and Air Import tasks per procedures.
Stakeholder Communication: coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, and clients.
Booking & Tracking: confirm bookings and update milestones via carrier portals and TMS.
Documentation & Customs: prepare arrival notices and share shipment files with CHB.
Milestone Monitoring: track shipments through customs and update stakeholders.
