Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a detail-oriented Freight Billing Validation specialist to support both international and domestic invoicing. The role emphasizes accurate billing, timely submissions, and collaboration with Accounts Payable and Logistics teams to prevent delays.

Ideal candidates will have a business-focused degree, strong analytical skills, and English fluency. The position offers an onsite work setup with remote options after 3 months, within a flexible hybrid model.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Validate 100% freight vendor billings, including invoices and related documents.
• Ensure timely submission of validated invoices within SLA.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor aged billing items and escalate complex issues to leadership as needed.
• Maintain thorough records for audit readiness and process compliance.
• Contribute to LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives in freight billing processes.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Logistics, and freight providers for end-to-end processing.
