Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Lead Analyst to own OptiFreight Billing Services, responsible for the allocation of freight charges based on customer needs, accuracy checks before invoicing and invoice problem resolution.

You will lead analysts, drive process improvements, and collaborate across finance and logistics to meet service level goals while maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Customer facing leadership experience.
• 4+ years leadership experience preferred.
• OpEx exposure highly desired.
• Experience working in Financial and/or Logistics function preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Analysts through change and empower partners and customers.
• Own optimizing processes, automate where possible, and drive performance.
• Work cross-functionally with OptiFreight and Cardinal Health.
• Coordinate daily activities of operations staff and supervise.
