Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Associate to accurately receive and process orders for a portfolio of accounts and resolve customer queries. Report to the Customer Fulfillment Associate Manager and support delivery coordination with sales, logistics and finance teams.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience, prior customer service, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Onsite with occasional remote work after three months; standard work hours and overtime as

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent on the job experience.
• Previous Customer Services experience.
• Must be a fluent English speaker and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Proactive order management and anticipating and solving issues relating to customer orders.
• Liaise with customer to coordinate delivery dates based on stock availability.
• Day to day liaison between LSP and local country (Sales, Logistics & Finance Departments).
• Escalation of stock allocation and customer service issues to Team Leader.
• Management of customer inquiry resolution through development and implementation of action plans.
