Job summary

Stolt-Nielsen is seeking an Accounts Payable Junior Associate to join its Global Shared Service Centre. You will learn standard accounting programs under supervision and perform transactional AP processing to meet KPIs and SLAs. The role emphasizes ERP-based invoice handling and prompt query resolution.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field, has 1+ year AP experience, and is ready to work in a hybrid setup with focus on controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience in a Shared Service Center (fresh graduates may apply).
• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially for invoice/payable processing.
• Ability to handle supplier and internal queries and adhere to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform transactional AP processing as assigned.
• Meet KPIs and SLA commitments.
• Stay updated on process changes and developments.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement within the team.
• Handle internal and supplier queries and resolve issues with supervision.
• Ensure internal controls align with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements.
