Job summary

Key responsibilities include protecting customers and reducing fraud, reviewing accounts for fraud, identifying fraudulent patterns, handling calls about potential fraud, and using tools to determine fraud while solving problems and identifying root causes.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college; no back subjects.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North/Taguig.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Protect customers and reduce fraud while maintaining a positive experience.
• Review accounts, transactions, and patterns to detect and prevent fraud.
• Identify trends that separate legitimate vs. fraudulent activity.
• Handle calls regarding potential fraud and confirm activity with customers.
• Use internal and external tools to determine if activity is fraudulent.
• Solve problems, find root causes, and recommend solutions.
