A learning center in Taguig is seeking a full-time Sales/Relationship Officer to manage daily operations, implement marketing strategies, and provide customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, business management expertise, and a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Experience in education and familiarity with the Singapore Math curriculum are advantageous.

Sales/Relationship Officer/OIC

MatheMagis Singapore Maths is an after-school skill-building program for preschool to grade 10 students located in Makati, Philippines. The program is based on the internationally acclaimed and proven Maths curriculum and standards used in Singapore, with a focus on building problem‑solving skills through conceptual understanding of math principles and visualization using bar models. MatheMagis aims to nurture a growth mindset and the love for learning by discovering the joy in Math and in Problem Solving.

Role Summary

This is a full‑time on‑site Center OIC/Relationship Officer role at MatheMagis Singapore Maths in Makati. The Center Officer will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations of the learning center, implementing marketing strategies, handling financial matters, managing relationships with customers and partners, and providing excellent customer service.

3>Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries, assessments, and enrollments.
• Work closely with parents in planning, executing, and monitoring a child’s MathsFitness journey.
• Work closely with teachers in overseeing sessions and monitoring student progress.
• Set meetings with teachers, parents, and potential new customers as needed to discuss student progress, new initiatives, processes, updates, etc.
• Research and reporting.

Qualifications

• Business Relationship Management and Sales skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service skills, with a passion for helping others and a dedication to providing top‑notch service.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the education industry or work experience as a teacher is a plus.
• Familiarity with Singapore Math curriculum and/or teaching experience is also a plus.
