Job summary

Pares Retiro is seeking a results-driven franchise sales professional in Pasig, Metro Manila to drive lead generation, present franchise opportunities, and guide applicants through the approval process. You will coordinate cross-functional onboarding and maintain strong partner relationships.

The role requires travel for client meetings and franchise events, with a focus on meeting monthly and annual sales targets. Strong MS Office skills and CRM experience are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate, qualify, and manage franchise leads through various sales and marketing channels.
2. Conduct franchise presentations, business opportunity meetings, and discovery sessions with prospective franchisees.
3. Explain franchise packages, investment requirements, operational processes, and business opportunities.
4. Guide prospective franchisees throughout the application, evaluation, and approval process.
5. Prepare franchise proposals, quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
6. Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Admin, Project Management, and Marketing teams to facilitate franchise onboarding.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
8. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise sales targets.
9. Maintain an accurate database of franchise leads, sales pipeline, and customer interactions.
10. Represent the company in franchise expos, business forums, networking events, and promotional activities.
11. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates for management.
12. Collect pre-approval franchise fees and other pre-opening payments, and coordinate with the Finance Department for proper documentation and processing.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling skills.
