Job summary

Generika Drugstore is seeking a Franchise Operations Analyst to assist franchisees with store openings and ongoing operations, including sales, marketing, customer service and compliance with the Franchise Agreement. The role involves coordinating with the Franchise Operations Supervisor and franchisees to achieve sales targets, support early break-even, train staff, and implement local programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in pharmaceutical/retail/distribution/FMCG.
• Effective Human Relations - ability to work with franchisees, store supervisors and HO departments.
• Good communication skills both oral and written; professional business tone.
• Strong sales and marketing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time/prioritize tasks.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with Franchise Operations Supervisor and franchisees to formulate action plans for sales targets and profitability.
• Assisting franchisees during early months to reach break-even points and target sales.
• Developing staff to deliver effective customer service and store performance.
• Implementing sales/marketing projects in coordination with franchisees to boost sales and train staff.
• Relaying feedback to Franchise Operations and Marketing for action.
