Job summary

adidas is seeking a driven intern to support the Franchise team on the Made For You (MFY) customization initiative in Manila. You will help assess stores, identify gaps, and apply best practices to scale MFY across franchise networks while enhancing customer experience and commercial performance.

You will assist in developing local marketing calendars, social media activations, and expansion materials, coordinating with Franchise Partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in retail, consumer experience, marketing, and business development.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assess MFY-enabled franchise stores to identify operational and commercial gaps.
• Benchmark best-performing MFY locations and capture best practices.
• Support local store marketing calendars, social media activations, and customer experience ideas.
• Develop a store tiering framework and identify priority MFY rollout stores.
• Assist in defining MFY equipment, space, and operational requirements.
• Create the Franchise MFY Expansion Toolkit and other project materials.
• Coordinate with franchise partners and internal teams to drive MFY expansion initiatives.
