Job summary

adidas Philippines is seeking a proactive Brand Communications Intern to assist in campaign development, events, and merchandise seeding across lifestyle and performance categories. You will coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, help manage seeding kits, and monitor media pickups for local campaigns.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in brand activations, competitor analysis, and event support while developing strong communication and project coordination skills

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in brand communications, sports, lifestyle, and fashion.
• Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign brainstorming with Brand Communications and creative agencies, including seeding kits and social media guidelines.
• Assist during on-ground brand events and monitor media pickups.
• Support retail activations by coordinating with mall marketing teams.
• Coordinate product seeding information, deliveries, and KOL deliverables with Product Specialists, agencies, and Sports Marketing.
• Prepare regular competitor monitoring reports on local campaigns and activations.
• Support Brand and HR teams in organizing internal employee events and branding requirements.
• Maintain trackers for product seeding, KOL deliverables, media pickups, and campaign activities.
