Qualifications

• Preferably 1–2 months experience in sports/fashion retail focused on customer & commercial performance.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets and ownership over them to meet or exceed them.
• Deliver Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently reflecting Brand Attitude and Values.
• Utilize seasonal Brand and product knowledge during sales interactions.
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly to address customer needs and strengthen connection to the Brand.
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish fixtures to represent full product offer on the floor.
• Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Minimize loss in stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform store operations safely, efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members.
• Complete training programs and apply learning on the job.
• Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve performance.
