Job summary

adidas is seeking a Retail Associate for NAIA Terminal 3 in Manila. You will drive store sales, welcome customers, and maintain brand standards through product knowledge and attentive service.

You have about a year of sports/fashion retail experience, strong English and Filipino communication, and a collaborative mindset to train teammates and support store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ work experience in a sports/fashion retail environment with strong selling ability.
• Industry knowledge in apparel/fashion is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales, KPI targets, and personal performance; use resources to meet or exceed them.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a Brand Ambassador for adidas.
• Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and cash register transactions.
• Train and support team members in basic product knowledge and service skills.
• Minimize loss and ensure store policies and visual standards are followed.
