Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in Customer Service, Commercial Operations, or order management.
• Experience leading teams and managing operational service performance.
• Experience with ERP and order-management transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Customer Service activities for Wholesale and Franchise accounts.
• Coordinate order collection, allocation, stock reservation, and delivery-note processing.
• Own fulfilment metrics, perform root-cause analysis, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Logistics, Finance, and OBF to support commitments.
