Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Head of Franchise Relations to lead franchising and business development across the brand portfolio.

The role requires a proven track record in recruiting and closing franchise opportunities, strong market insight, and the ability to partner with executives, marketing, and operations to drive growth while ensuring brand standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of franchising, business development, franchise sales, or operations experience, preferably in F&B.
• Minimum of 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in franchising, business development, or restaurant operations.
• Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and closing franchise opportunities.
• Strong understanding of F&B franchise operations, brand compliance, and site selection.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily workflow and operations of the Franchise Relations Department.
• Leads the company's franchising and business development initiatives.
• Develops, generates, and sources prospective franchisees through networking, lead generation, business development activities, and strategic partnerships.
• Identifies, qualifies, and nurtures potential franchise applicants from inquiry through the sales process.
• Monitors and tracks the effectiveness of franchising campaigns and lead generation efforts.
• Tracks franchising and business development data and prepares reports for top management.
• Works with the executive team, marketing managers, and department heads to develop franchising strategies.
• Conducts market research to identify new markets, territories, and opportunities.
• Builds and maintains relationships with existing and prospective franchisees to support growth.
• Ensures franchisees comply with brand standards and procedures.
• Coordinates with internal departments to facilitate onboarding, openings, and ongoing support.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
