Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in franchise acquisition or operations or multi-site expansion.
• Proven track record launching or managing multiple sites, territories, or partners.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to discuss ROI, breakeven, and sustainability with investors.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and convert high-potential Third Party Center Partners.
• Manage end-to-end center launch including onboarding to go-live and first 30–60 days.
• Monitor center performance, quality, and compliance post-launch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure center success and scalable growth.
