Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies in Metro Manila is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The role focuses on finding and developing leads for the sales team, prospecting potential investors as partners, and maintaining a detailed sales database.

You will set brand presentation schedules, interact with customers, respond to product inquiries, and assist the Franchise Sales Office in all sales process facets. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ year of work experience in Sales is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills; highly motivated and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Find and develop leads for the Sales Team.
• Prospect potential investors as suitable business partners.
• Maintain an accurate and detailed sales database.
• Set brand presentation schedules and ensure attendance by target clients.
• Interact with customers, answering questions about products and purchases.
• Create franchise relations internal and external memos.
• Assist Franchise Sales Office to all facets of the sales process.
