Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies in the Philippines seeks a Franchise Relations Associate to drive leads, nurture investor prospects, and maintain a precise sales database. Reports to the Franchise Relations Supervisor with a Monday–Friday work week.

You will present the brand to potential clients, coordinate brand presentations, and assist the Sales Team through the sales cycle while handling inquiries about products and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Sales Associate or similar role is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.

Responsibilities

• Find and develop leads for the company that our Sales Team can nurture.
• Prospect potential investors as great fit for partnerships.
• Maintain an accurate and detailed sales database.
• Set a brand presentation schedule and ensure attendance by target clients.
• Interact with customers, assisting and answering product/purchase queries.
• Create franchise relations internal and external memos.
• Assist FSO in all facets of the sales process.
