Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a Franchise Relations Associate to join our sales team on a Monday–Friday schedule. You will find and develop leads, prospect potential investors, maintain a detailed sales database, and coordinate brand presentations to ensure target clients attend.

You will interact with customers, prepare internal and external memos on franchise relations, and assist the Franchise Sales Office in all facets of the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Sales Associate or similar position in the Sales department is a plus
• FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual

Responsibilities

• Find and develop leads for the company that our Sales Team can then nurture.
• Prospect potential investors would be a great fit as our business partners.
• Maintaining an accurate and detailed sales database.
• Setting a brand presentation schedule, ensuring all target clients will attend.
• Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchases.
• Create franchise relations internal and external memo.
• Assisting FSO to all facets of the sales process.
