Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies is seeking a Franchise Relations/Business Development Associate to build relationships with potential franchise investors and support the Sales Team in nurturing leads. You will maintain a detailed sales database, schedule brand presentations, and assist with the full sales process to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Sales Associate or similar position in the Sales department is a plus

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Find and develop leads for the company that our Sales Team can then nurture.
• Prospect potential investors would be a great fit as our business partners.
• Maintaining an accurate and detailed sales database.
• Setting a brand presentation schedule, ensuring all target clients will attend.
• Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchases.
• Create franchise relations internal and external memo.
• Assisting FSO to all facets of the sales process.
