Job summary

Sola Food OPC is seeking a Franchise Sales Officer in Metro Manila to drive growth across our food and beverage brands by identifying, engaging, and converting qualified franchise prospects into partners.

You will build relationships with entrepreneurs and investors, present the right brand opportunities, guide prospects through the franchise journey, and collaborate with Franchise, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver a professional onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Hospitality Management, Management, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, franchising, account management, or a related role
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, conduct sales presentations, and convert prospects into clients
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing techniques
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to understand investment considerations, business models, and basic financial information
• Comfortable engaging with entrepreneurs, investors, business owners, and senior decision-makers
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple prospects and sales activities simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales tracking systems
• Highly driven, proactive, presentable, and comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based objectives

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify prospective franchisees for Sola Food Group brands.
• Present brand concepts, guide prospects through the franchise journey, and close deals.
• Collaborate with Franchise, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure a smooth onboarding.
