• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of franchise development, marketing, or business development experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Willing to travel for branch visits and franchise activities.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage franchise leads.
• Conduct franchise presentations and assist applicants from inquiry to opening.
• Prepare franchise proposals, quotations, and documentation.
• Coordinate branch openings and onboarding.
• Implement and monitor brand standards across branches.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Support franchisees with branding and operational branding needs.
• Conduct market research and identify expansion opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly accomplishment reports.
