Job summary

Fredley Food and Beverages Inc seeks a Business Development Associate to find and develop leads for the Sales Team and prospect potential investors as partners. You’ll maintain an accurate sales database, set brand presentation schedules, and engage with clients to answer questions about products and purchases.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills are essential, along with good time management and detail orientation, to drive franchise growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Sales Associate or similar position is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good time management and organizational skills; highly motivated and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Find and develop leads for the company that our Sales Team can then nurture.
• Prospect potential investors would be a great fit as our business partners.
• Maintaining an accurate and detailed sales database.
• Setting a brand presentation schedule, ensuring all target clients will attend.
• Interacts with customers, offering assistance and responding to queries about products and purchases.
• Create franchise relations internal and external memo.
• Assisting FSO to all facets of the sales process.
