Job summary

House of Fruitas is seeking a Franchise Officer to fuel growth and expansion through franchise development. You will identify potential franchisees, guide them through the process, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store development and operations.

The role requires strong relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills, willingness to travel, and a results-driven mindset. Experience in food & beverage or retail is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management or related field.
• 1+ year in franchise development, business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience in food & beverage or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential franchise leads and opportunities.
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective franchisees across channels.
• Conduct initial discussions and presentations with prospective partners.
• Explain packages, requirements, processes and opportunities to prospects.
• Assist applicants through application, evaluation and onboarding process.
• Monitor progress of applications and store development projects.
• Maintain records of leads, applications and accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with franchisees and partners.
• Assist in events, presentations and business development activities.
• Monitor performance and coordinate with teams on operations and opportunities.
