Job summary

Shadow Light Studios is seeking a Founder’s Associate / Chief of Staff to work remotely with a serial founder across multiple ventures. You will move fast, ship a variety of tasks, and overlap with LA / HK / Australia hours. You are not a PM or admin, but a doer who can pick up and ship items quickly.

You’ll operate across growth, product, hiring, and ops, building landing pages, onboarding screens, and campaign assets as needed. A fast learner with strong judgment will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• AI-native mindset and willingness to build with AI tools.
• Ability to read/understand simple code and ship features.
• Experience with Meta/TikTok/Google ads and optimizing campaigns.
• Rapidly learn and adapt to changing tasks.
• Tendency to ship rough solutions today rather than perfect later.
• Strong judgment on when to DIY or delegate.

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize ad campaigns and test new creative angles.
• Build onboarding screens or landing pages using lightweight tools.
• Source and outreach to potential hires for portfolio companies.
• Audit data quality and flag inaccuracies to improve processes.
• Analyze sales calls and draft better rebuttal scripts.
• Operate across growth, product, hiring, and ops to move businesses forward.
