Responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating modular formwork activities, including aluminum, steel, and system formwork installation, dismantling, maintenance, and material management in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and construction schedules. Ensure formwork assembly is carried out safely, accurately, and efficiently to support structural and precast construction activities.
Lead site teams and subcontractors in formwork erection, alignment, leveling, and striking operations while ensuring compliance with approved methodologies and productivity targets. Coordinate with rebar, concrete, precast, QA/QC, and engineering teams to ensure work fronts are available and construction milestones are achieved.
Maintain high quality standards through regular inspections, dimensional checks, and compliance with approved tolerances. Identify and rectify defects, monitor formwork conditions, and ensure proper maintenance and reuse of formwork systems.
Promote a strong safety culture by conducting toolbox talks, enforcing HSE requirements, ensuring safe lifting operations, work-at-height compliance, proper access arrangements, and effective housekeeping practices to achieve a zero-incident work environment.
Manage formwork inventory, material tracking, and utilization to minimize losses, damage, and shortages. Monitor productivity, prepare daily progress reports, optimize resource allocation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
