Graduate in Civil Engineering Bachelor of Architecture (BArch)
Responsible for leading, planning, coordinating, and controlling all architectural finishing and fit-out works, including plastering, drywall, painting, flooring, ceilings, tiling, waterproofing, joinery, glazing, façade interfaces, and final handover activities. Ensure project delivery in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, budget, and project schedules.
Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones while maintaining productivity, resource optimization, and cost control. Coordinate with structural, MEP, procurement, design, QA/QC, and client teams to ensure seamless execution and timely resolution of interface issues.
Drive quality excellence through inspections, mock-ups, material approvals, snag management, defect rectification, and compliance with client and consultant requirements. Establish and monitor quality KPIs, ensuring high standards of workmanship and successful project handover.
Lead all safety initiatives by enforcing HSE requirements, conducting safety reviews, ensuring compliance with work-at-height procedures, material handling guidelines, housekeeping standards, and safe work practices to maintain a zero-incident culture.
Monitor material consumption, control wastage, manage budgets, track progress, prepare reports, and identify risks affecting schedule or quality. Provide leadership, technical guidance, and performance management to project teams.
