Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Senior Formwork Engineer to plan, supervise, and coordinate modular formwork activities in line with approved drawings and project schedules. You will lead onsite teams, ensure safety, and collaborate with multiple disciplines to achieve construction milestones.

Your role includes inventory control, daily progress reporting, and maintaining high quality standards through inspections and adherence to tolerances.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan, supervise, and coordinate modular formwork activities including installation, dismantling, maintenance, and material management.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams and subcontractors in formwork erection, alignment, leveling, and striking operations.
• Coordinate with rebar, concrete, precast, QA/QC, and engineering teams to meet milestones.
