Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising façade installation works, including curtain walls, unitized systems, glazing, cladding, louvers, metal panels, and architectural façade elements in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Coordinate with design, procurement, production, logistics, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth execution of façade activities.
Monitor site installation, alignment, anchoring, waterproofing, sealant application, and finishing works to ensure compliance with approved methods and tolerances. Ensure all façade works meet quality requirements through regular inspections, mock-up reviews, material verification, and snag rectification. Maintain quality records, inspection requests, and progress reports.
Promote a strong safety culture by conducting toolbox talks, ensuring compliance with HSE procedures, monitoring work at height, lifting operations, scaffold usage, and proper use of PPE. Manage material handling, storage, productivity, and wastage control to optimize project costs and minimize material damage.
Track progress against project milestones, resolve technical and site-related issues, and support timely project delivery. Requires a Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with experience in façade systems, construction drawings, installation methodologies, quality control, safety standards, and site management.
