Job summary

PeopleStrong in the Philippines is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead the planning, coordination, and on-site supervision of precast construction activities. The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering and 5–8 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of erection methods and lifting plans.

You will coordinate with design, production, logistics, subcontractors and clients to meet project milestones while ensuring safety and compliance with project specs.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in precast construction.
• Strong knowledge of erection methodologies, lifting plans and structural drawings.
• Experience coordinating with design, production, logistics, subcontractors and clients.

Job Description

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the execution of precast concrete works at site, including receiving, handling, storage, lifting, erection, alignment, grouting, and completion activities. Ensure erection is carried out safely and in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications. Coordinate with design, production, logistics, subcontractors, and client teams to achieve project milestones. Monitor manpower, equipment, crane operations, and material availability to optimize productivity. Conduct quality inspections, maintain erection records, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Track progress, prepare daily reports, and support project scheduling. Requires a Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with experience in precast construction, strong knowledge of erection methodologies, lifting plans, structural drawings, and site management skills.
