Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering professional to plan, design, coordinate and execute modular formwork systems on project sites in the Philippines. You will prepare formwork layouts, sequencing plans, material requirements and productivity plans to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Strong planning and coordination skills for formwork projects.
• Experience with formwork design, layouts, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan formwork layouts, sequencing, material requirements and productivity plans.
• Coordinate with design, structural, rebar, concrete and QA/QC teams.
• Review drawings for constructability and optimize formwork utilization.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on site.
• Track material usage, productivity and progress against milestones.
