Job summary

Federated Distributors Inc. is seeking a Sales role to drive targets in the HoReCa channel across Metro Manila. The incumbent will manage existing customers, present and negotiate contracts, and coordinate with teams to ensure orders, delivery, and payments are fulfilled.

The role emphasizes customer insights, co-branding opportunities, and CRM usage to sustain retention and growth in a fast-paced foodservice distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, preferably Foodservice – HoReCa
• Worked closely with customers (end-users)
• Excellent foundation in technology – computer skills and with good communication skills
• Knowledgeable of foodservice operations and institutional procurement processes
• Preferably own a motorcycle or own vehicle
• Able to manage travel requirements and working hours

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned area and channel

• Conduct sales presentations, joint business reviews and negotiate contracts for existing & new customers
• Provide customers with information regarding foodservice - supply availability, trends, insights and pricing

• Sell and distribute foodservice products to HoReCa and other B2B accounts
• Provide feedback to the organization on customer needs or wants, as well as products and services
• Participate in trainings and meetings to foster team culture and goals
• Assist customers to acquire (order, purchase, deliver & pay) products
• Coordinate with support group on logistical and financial requirements
• Use or facilitate available CRM system or support
• Comply with safety, hygiene, and service standards; monitor inventory, AR and produce sales reports
