Ajinomoto Philippines in Makati is seeking a Food Service Sales Coordinator to plan, coordinate and execute activities for Dealers and HoReCa customers, including events and promotional campaigns.

You will manage schedules, ensure timely execution, support communications between the Food Service Manager, sales teams and external partners, and assist in implementing additional sales initiatives while collecting market data to guide strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• Sales experience in food service.
• Distributor handling experience is an advantage.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Culinary background is a strong advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in people/customer engagement preferred.

Job Summary

• Plan, coordinate and execute Food Service sales activities such as events, meetings, sales promotions and training sessions for Dealers and HoReCa customers.
• Manage and maintain a schedule for Food Service activities, with a focus on ensuring the smooth and timely execution.
• Support communication efforts between Food Service Manager and internal (sales teams) as well as external (dealers/customers) partners about activities or sales related concerns.
• Assist in the implementation of others sales generation initiatives by Food Service.
• Collect and analyze relevant data including but not limited to survey, market trends, and competitor’s activities to help plan out sales strategies.

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder (any 4-year course).
• Proven experience in sales within the food service industry.
• With distributor handling experience is an advantage.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Culinary background or knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in people/customer engagement is preferred
