A food service company in the Philippines is seeking a sales coordinator to plan and execute food service sales activities. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have experience in the food service industry, although fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills are essential. The role includes managing schedules, supporting internal and external communications, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales strategies.

Job Summary

• Plan, coordinate and execute Food Service sales activities such as events, meetings, sales promotions and training sessions for Dealers and HoReCa customers.
• Manage and maintain a schedule for Food Service activities, with a focus on ensuring the smooth and timely execution.
• Support communication efforts between Food Service Manager and internal (sales teams) as well as external (dealers/customers) partners about activities or sales related concerns.
• Assist in the implementation of others sales generation initiatives by Food Service.
• Collect and analyze relevant data including but not limited to survey, market trends, and competitor’s activities to help plan out sales strategies.

Minimum requirements

• Proven experience in sales within the food service industry.
