Job summary

Marriott Hotel Manila is seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to oversee service teams and ensure guest needs are consistently met. You will monitor staff grooming, inventory, and cleanliness, while handling opening/closing duties and maintaining equipment and spaces.

You will also support management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff, serving as a role model for company policies and guest care.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years related hospitality experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff operate as a team to provide optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming, attire, and uniform compliance; rectify deficiencies.
• Handle opening/closing duties, inventory, and maintain cleanliness of all areas and equipment.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff; model professional standards.
• Ensure safety policies are followed; report accidents and unsafe conditions; complete safety trainings.
