Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking a result–driven F&B Operations Leader to partner with Restaurant Managers in delivering premier guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and training to elevate service and efficiency.

Role requires 2–3 years in F&B, a hospitality degree, and strong English communication. You will manage inventories, utilize POS and reservation systems, and support cost-control initiatives in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
2–3 years F&B experience in the same position in luxury settings.
Strong leadership and management abilities; capable of mentoring a diverse team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in English; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Restaurant Managers to address operational issues and improve service quality.
Update end-of-day sales reports and oversee cash handling to prevent discrepancies.
Maintain inventory and supervise stock rotation to ensure adequate levels.
Prepare facilities maintenance reports to control costs and extend equipment lifespan.
Train team members with materials on product knowledge and trends in F&B service.
Assist RM in inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
Supervise servers, hosts, and bussers; provide on-the-job training and guidance.
Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive restaurant traffic and revenue.
