Job summary

Marriott Hotel Manila is seeking a senior leader to oversee all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction.

You will develop and implement the F&B business plan, maintain standards and financial performance, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The role requires strategic oversight, staff leadership, budgeting, and a commitment to service excellence across hotel outlets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 4 years of F&B experience.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Admin or related field; plus 2 years F&B experience.
• Knowledge of applicable food and beverage laws/regulations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans for F&B departments.
• Oversees culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations to meet standards and financial goals.
• Provides excellent customer service and promptly addresses guest concerns; leads and coaches team members; drives continuous improvement.
