Job summary

Swissôtel Clark in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, part of the Accor Hotels group, seeks an F&B service professional to deliver prompt, professional guest service in the hotel's restaurant.

You will assist the Outlet Manager in planning daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. English proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• College diploma/Secondary school education or Equivalent qualifications.
• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Outlet Manager in planning, organizing and coordinating daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure the restaurant runs efficiently with proper service at all times.
• Coordinate with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction and dining room efficiency.
• Help ensure compliance with Accor LQA standards.

PrimaryResponsibilities

Outlet Operation

• Toassistthe AssistantOutletManager/OutletManager in planning,implementing,organizingand coordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the restauranton a daily basis.

• Toassistthe AssistantOutletManager/OutletManager in ensuring that the restaurant is running in anefficientlymanner and proper service isoffered at all times.

• Toassistthe AssistantOutletManager/OutletManager in assuring the most efficient operation ofdiningroom, offering themaximum inservice of hotel guests through good planning and coordination withothersdepartments.

• Toassistthe AssistantOutletManager/OutletManager in ensuringcompliance with Accor LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience
