Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections.
- Take and process orders accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Food Preparation and Serving
- Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages according to established standards.
- Refill food stations or buffet items to maintain a fresh supply.
- Package take-out orders or prepare food trays for delivery.
Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including food handling and storage protocols.
- Dispose of waste and clean utensils, dishes, and cooking tools.
Stock and Inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Report shortages or damage of food and supplies to management.
Collaboration
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient food service operations.
- Assist chefs, waitstaff, and other team members as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality (advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
