Job summary

Big E Food Corporation (Lemon Square) is seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor to oversee sales operations in Alabang, Muntinlupa and GMA South. You will lead a sales team, forge strong distributor and retailer relationships, and ensure execution across General Trade, Distributor, and Retail channels to grow market share.

Responsibilities include hitting daily to monthly targets, developing customers, hiring and coaching staff, monitoring field activity, and delivering regular territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field
• 2-year college education with relevant field sales experience
• 1–2 years of experience in people management or team leadership
• Working experience in FMCG sales or related field
• Preferably with experience in General Trade, Distributor, and/or Retail operations
• Strong background in customer relationship management, sales planning, and execution
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to handle Alabang, Muntinlupa and GMA South area

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise sales operations within the assigned territory.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
• Develop, maintain, and acquire customers to expand business opportunities.
• Hire, train, develop, and motivate sales personnel to improve team performance.
• Monitor sales activities, field execution, and territory coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, accounts, and customers.
• Ensure proper execution of trade programs across General Trade and/or Retail channels.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on territory performance.
